Hailing from the hills of Appalachia, Scott T. Smith brings a sound rooted in his West Virginia upbringing and shaped by early influences ranging from doo-wop to American standards. Blending folk, blues, rhythm and Southern gospel, Smith has created his own signature style of “folk-n-blues,” pairing soulful lyrics and campfire-inspired melodies with emotionally charged performances.

In 2019, Smith released his debut EP, Wanted Man, and went on to launch his debut album in spring 2026 as part of Tyler Childers’ Snipe Hunt tour.
